    1991年至2001年于杏悦娱乐化学系学习🤾🏻‍♀️,先后获工学学士⏱、理学硕士和工学博士学位。2001年5月赴德国留学深造,在乌尔姆大学Bernhard Rieger教授课题组进行博士后研究。2002年6月至2003年9月获德国洪堡基金会资助在德国美茵兹大学化学系Jun Okuda教授课题组做客座研究,并于2003年10月随Okuda教授迁至亚琛工业大学化学系🧜🏽‍♂️,从事博士后研究工作🦸🏿。2005年6月聘为杏悦教授。主要研究方向为新型金属有机络合物的分子设计、合成以及其可控催化非极性单体如烯烃🤸🏼‍♀️、二烯烃等𓀓,极性单体如丙交酯、环内酯等聚合、共聚反应的研究。目前已在国内外知名学术期刊及会议上发表学术论文130余篇🧙🏼,其中SCI论文70余篇,被SCI收录引用2240次,他引近2137次🎚,其中单篇论文最高引用率达254余次,H因子23👩‍🔧。获授权中国专利39项🧑🏻‍🦱。所参与的科研项目“新型高效、高选择性茂钛族金属催化剂的分子设计、合成及催化行为研究”获2004年上海市科技进步二等奖(第四完成人)👩🏼‍🎨🧑🏽‍🚒。2006年获上海市科技启明星计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划🧪。目前作为项目负责人已完成、承担国家自然科学基金项目6项,教育部重点项目1项🧛🏿,新世纪人才计划项目👬,上海市启明星计划项目以及中央高校基本科研项目🤷‍♂️,以及企业合作项目多项🧒🏻。

     

    目前承担项目情况:

    1)国家自然科学基金面上项目(2019.01~2022.12):金属手性锌、镁配合物催化外消旋丙交酯等规选择性聚合研究

    2)与山东京博企业合作项目(2020.06~2023.02):定制结构金属有机催化剂合成工艺开发

    3)与万华化学企业合作项目(2022.02~2025.06):聚烯烃用催化剂的合成技术开发

     

    主要研究领域:

    1)设计合成基于生物相容性金属的各类结构明确金属络合物✦👩‍💻,用于催化内酯⏏️、交酯、环碳酸酯等开环聚合🧙🏼,以及环氧化物与酸酐⭐️、CO2等开环交替共聚等。通过分子水平的催化剂结构设计,来实现对聚合物立体规整性、链序列结构的有效控制⛱,获得新型结构可控🗝🤜、生物可降解型绿色聚酯、聚碳酸酯材料💁🏼‍♀️。

    2)设计合成基于钛族金属🥼、后过渡金属以及稀土金属的各类结构明确金属络合物,用于催化烯烃🧑🏿‍🏫、二烯烃、环烯烃等聚合以及齐聚反应👩🏿‍🦳。通过分子水平的催化剂结构设计来实现对烯烃聚合过程、烯烃聚合产物结构的可控可调🟰,包括聚合物链立体规整性、分子量及分布🧝🏿‍♀️、共聚单体分布📆、支化度等的可控可调,以获得结构可控、性能优异的新型聚烯烃材料。
